International Award winning Russian master Nikolai Blokhin [Николай Блохин] has studied and did post graduate work at Russia’s finest “St Petersburg Academy of Art” and has since moved up to be a “Teacher” as well as a “Professor” - quite an honor for a young artist. He won the Grand Prize at the American Society of Portrait Artists 2002 competition at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art (at the ripe age of 34!).
